Our Recruitment Process

1.Job Announcement

All our job vacancies (regular & temporary contracts,internships, apprenticeships, PhD, etc.) are posted on our website, which can also be viewed on mobile phones.

2.Application

You can apply on website by sending us your CV and cover letter. You can only apply for job opportunities posted by our company

3.Selection

Once we have received your application, we select theprofiles which match the position advertised. If your application is not selected, you will be informed by e-mail.

4.Interview

If your application is selected, you will then be invited for an interview with one of our hiring managers. During the interview, we will try to find out more about your motivation for applying and your skills. The interview is also your chance to ask questions about the position, the department and the company as a whole.

5.Short list

Once we have interviewed all the selected applicants, we send a short list to the manager of the department in question. You will then get the chance to meet the manager, ask for more information on the position.

For certain positions, we may invite you to several interviews with members of the team of the position advertised.

6.Final Decision

Once the manager has made her/his final decision, we will let you know, and the successful applicant will be sent a proposal,  then conclusion of the employment agreement
